I love how she took care of my lashes and how it doesn’t sting while and after washing it (unlike what I experienced with others); super love how it was customed-style for me as well and how lightweight it is— it feels like I don’t have anything on it. 5 /5 Lupe Lay: I loved my experience here. The atmosphere was so calming and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The facility is clean and well lit. I really like the ambiance. I haven’t been to an eyelash place that treated their customers with this level of care. She worked gently and quickly and listened to my request for my custom set. My lashes are everything I wanted, will defs recommend my sisters to come here and anyone who needs a lash place to try out.

5 /5 Mahalia Luscombe: I came across some of her work on instagram after searching for a lash tech in Sydney who would do anime style lashes which convinced me to book. I was very happy with the result and the customer service was amazing. It was my first time getting lash extensions and Kathryn was really nice and explained how the lashes would be styled and asked my preferences. My eyes are generally quite sensitive but the lashes didnt irritate my eyes at all. The studio is conveniently easy to get to from the station. If youre thinking of getting your lashes done I would definitely recommend going to Kathryn :)

4 /5 Shiho: The lash technician was really nice and lash turned out great and all but next day half my lower lash is gone and my eye has been irritated the entire time and even now. Not sure why but only after getting lash extension did my eye started showing irritation and it turned red.
