5 /5 Breanna Briggs: Katy and the girls always do such a wonderful job of looking after me when I make my way in for a hair appointment. I have been going into the salon for about three years and I always feel so taken care of! They make sure to listen, look at my inspo pics and provide feedback on colour and cut styles to best suit my hair goals. I had mostly been going in for a lived in blonde but recently decided for a change and went for a chocolate brown. I was a bit unclear on the exact colour I wanted so Katy whipped out the colour chart and explained my options, like ash vs warmth colours. The girls always make me feel so comfortable and put me at ease and the outcomes are always better than I could have imagined! My most recent appointment left me feeling like a million bucks! It’s been three years since I had my hair touched by a hairdresser because I’ve been so nervous that something will go wrong or I’ll leave not loving my results. However, when I spoke with Liss, she made me feel so comfortable, listened to AND went into detail with me to understand my vision. She completely went above and beyond with my transformation and there is no doubt I didn’t shed some happy tears when she showed me the final result in the mirror. If you want a hairdresser that truly cares about their craft AND their clients, Katy and Co is the way to go. All of the stylists in the salon offered assistance throughout my appointment and it’s obvious they care about one another and their success. I am over the moon with my results and will most definitely be returning as I’ve adopted Liss as my official hairdresser! I cannot be happier.
