Kim is lovely and gentle which is a welcome change to many nail salons where staff are quite rough, don’t greet you and can generally be quite rude, speaking in Vietnamese throughout your appointment which can feel like gossip - that was definitely not my experience here! Would highly recommend - I also called ahead and didn’t have to wait at all on arrival. ⭐️

5 /5 Anastasia Stone: I have been to a lot of salons in Sydney, and Kim is the best, I moved an hour away from cremorne but every time I need to get my nails done I absolutely have to go to her. Professional staff, they take care of you 100%. I have never once been disappointed with the result. Keep it up Kim!

1 /5 Jennifer D: I previously had pleasant experiences at Kims Nail Salon in the past and rate this over a few other salons in the area. I will not return again after todays experience. The younger female worker (had no idea I could understand and speak her language) took pleasure in inappropriately commenting on my face and nails preference (despite asking for my preference), only to occassionally revert back to the polite English, followed by more unncessary comments about me and then about the others in the salon at the time. It was an excruciating hour. I didnt say anything at the time as was in absolute shock that it was happening and wanted to get the service done as quickly as possible so I could get out of there. Hopefully my parting statement (in the mother tongue) about paying by card helped her to get the message. The Salon is great if you would like to get nice set of nails but its worth going elsewhere if youre looking for a more positive experience than what I went through.
