Knapsack Viaduct - Glenbrook (NSW)

5 /5 Nace Y: Lovely place for a walk with doggo. I just wished people would pick up after their dogs have done their business. Or we can blame the council for not placing bins at either end? Imagine carrying poopy with you in the car ride home haha. Walk isnt that difficult, and the stairs arent that bad if you take it easy.

5 /5 Maria Stevenson: We arrived at the carpark around 8am on a Sunday morning, it was busy but we got a spot. Then we walked to the bridge where just after the bridge on your right, the trail commences. Take the track under the bridge, follow the path over the creek then back under the bridge and up a really long staircase. You can check out Elizabeths lookout then keep following the fire trail to Marges lookout. From here we double backed a little bit. There is a track parallel with a bike only track. If you follow this track it will lead you directly to the carpark! All up it took us about an hour and 20 minutes. A great walk!

5 /5 Karen M: We visited the bridge via the zigzag walkway off knapsack Road at Glenbrook. The first part was Easy, the steps going down to knapsack bridge were pretty steep for unfit people like myself. But luckily it only took 10 minutes tops. But knapsack bridges just gorgeous and the views out across to the city and the Penrith Lakes were outstanding and lovely. Walk to Mitchell’s pass is well worth a few steps you have to climb up and down to get there.

4 /5 Sylvia Liu: An enjoyable walk with not many people around. First a quiet easy walk through the park on a paved road, then down the dirt tracks to underneath the viaduct. This is a good way to give our legs a good workout and workup a healthy sweat.
