Communicated in basic broken Japanese since she seems to still be learning English, YMMV depending on the language barrier.

However, I find it nearly impossible to express just how fantastic Jen Is.Ive never encountered a hairdresser quite like her. She dedicates such meticulous care to every single visit, and the results are consistently outstanding. If youre looking to leave the salon feeling absolutely incredible, I highly recommend seeing Jen. It’s also an added bonus that she is an incredibly wonderful human too!
