1 /5 Bb luv: I got a pedicure and shelac and also asked for manicure and full set acrylic shelac. The lady rushed the pedicure, she looked uninterested, while using her phone trying to call, asking Siri. Then she took to much skin off from my toe nail bed, it hurt a lot now quite sore and red unfortunately. Mwe got to the hands she also used her phone in the middle of the set. I asked for a manicure first but it seemed like she was avoiding a conversation and she shook her head to say no without taking to me. At that point I felt very uncomfortable and neglected. I asked why and she said that she would do it after putting the tips on. She was careless with no interest in customer voice and satisfaction, avoiding eye contact with me as I was speaking to her. I ended up not receiving a manicure even though I really wanted one because I had over grown cuticles that is still visible now. Another lady took over and said “in, in”, in a harsh tone and rude attitude, telling me to put my hand further inside the UV light. I felt disappointed. I will definitely not be coming back here again, and I would recommend anyone to receive better service elsewhere.
I’ve been to a few other salons which I was really satisfied with especially with their staff friendly approach, as they were talking to me, having eye contact, listening to me, asking me if I was happy with results etc. For me the price does not matter to me as much as that I feel welcomed and treated fairly by staff, and offcourse the result and quality of work they put in for what I pay for.
