Andrea Gia Appalling customer service. Talking on top of your head in another language with each other while they’re across the room from each other. You make a booking and turn up on time, they make you wait half an hour. They could use to learn more about customer service and etiquette. Also got lashes done there once and one side was way more filled than the other and when I mentioned it the lady told me to pull some out in a few days from the one that had more…. It’s a shame because their nail work can be good but their behavior is a turn off.

Angela Pettas Lynette the beautician is very experienced and always puts me at ease whenever I have my beauty appointments. Yesterday, I had an eyebrow shape wax, underarm wax and facial and I am very pleased with the results. She uses hygienic and sustainable techniques for waxing. My skin felt soft and moisturised after the facial. During my facial Lynette also gives a scalp massage which is a cherry on the cake to feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
