1 /5 Lily: very uneven job- some nails have wobbly edges, sloping paint, and filled cuticles as you can clearly see. The nails on the left hand even slope upwards to the edge noticeably because no time or care was taken to shape them properly. I was handed off to someone else halfway through the service who didn’t even bother to cut the cuticles on my left hand, and you can see that she painted the nails shorter on that side which makes it look even more uneven. I paid $70 as a Christmas treat to myself and it looks worse than when I do it at home… I’m pretty disappointed.

5 /5 Storm Alderson: Got SNS + tips and it was exactly what I was after. Lovely service with nail artists who were thorough, gentle, happy to help/make changes and answer questions (as I’d never gotten SNS before). $60 with the cash discount which is super reasonable! Will be visiting again :)
