Sushma Gautam I had a terrible experience, especially since this was for my birthday. I gave them multiple chances, hoping it was just a one-time issue, but I was disappointed every time. The results were always an “expectation vs. reality” situation, and I felt really bad about it. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place for nails. You can see the difference in the photos.

She takes time and care to lash every single lash, she makes sure she uses the right size lashes for you and not stick something on that’ll scrape the roof and look tacky! She is so professional and accomodating that every visit is a breeze, love going there! Highly recommend!!!!

thachaya puang A big thank you to the staff here, every time I get a message from the girls here it feels amazing! This time I received the Thai and oil massage and the young girl Nicky did wonderfully and had a nice little laugh with me. Very caring and tender, but firm. The reception lady here is very polite and friendly. Will go again soon 10/10

INI GEM (Gem) Mimi is an excellent and bery professional hairdresser who knows her stuff. Had no appointment just rocked up last minute, wanted to tone and style my hair. She did an amazing job. My only disappointment is that I purchased a few items and was charged extra for something I didnt have. So please just check receipts. It may have just been an overlooked mistake, but Id still go back. 4 1/2 ☆☆☆☆

Olivia M Lilian was wonderful! She took a look at my skin and was able to identify some issues immediately - she asked me questions regarding my skin care routine, what products I use and tailored my treatment to my skin as well as talking me through what each product/treatment would do to assist with my skin. Lilian also was kind enough to talk to me about my current products and advise what is good for my skin and what isnt without trying to upsell me or sell me any promoted products. Was great to have a facial that felt amazing but was also assisting in the treatment of my skin.

Era Zancanaro Ghada is THE BEST in the business! Im usually hopeless at remembering to leave reviews but my recent facial experience with Ghada was the most relaxed Ive felt in FOREVER! The products she uses are incredible and genuinely work - my face feels amazing looong after treatment. I love how personalised her recommendations are also. Shes the only facialist Ive had that didnt actively try to spruik a treatment or product. She provides practical advice and education and my skin and face thank her for it. NEVER LEAVE KINGSGROVE!!! ;)
