1 /5 Karisse Nebres: Overpricing and poor service to people. Lisa the hairdresser is not accommodating. She doesnt want to explain to the customers. She doesnt want talk. She just ignores the costumers. Poor management wise, theyre so poo. My daughter and I were there starting @ 11am and we finished there and left at the salon at 4 pm. Ridiculously poor management skills for Lisa and the 2 men staffs. Disappointed and disgusted. We paid 150 aud each. For myself and my daughter. Sheve done root colour for my daughter and highlights and for my short hair, it was a hair colour and highlights no hair cut. Lisa is a rude and lack of communications skills. Yes I agree from others previous comments that she used to he nice but over the years she change She dont want to communicate and a very rude lady.

2 /5 Felicity Yu: My mum paid $100 to get her hair permed here, it started to relax and loosen almost straight away. She has short/shoulder length hair. Went back to get to it assessed and Lisa basically wanted her to pay for another perm. Afterwards my mum remembered the staff forgot to do the heat treatment at the time so the perm wasn’t sealed.

1 /5 Jay Sea: Was once good value, quick and decent service. But over the years of going there Lisa has gotten less patient and more rude. Sometimes I would notice mistakes or want changes to the previous sessions. I would try to calmly inform her but I couldnt even ask which parts I want cut and which parts I want left alone or what to becareful of when I see her cutting too close and carelessly. She would tell me off saying she already knows that and to stop talking! I fell silent and unable to speak. The end result was bad. My undercut parted section had bits of hair that was cut too short sticking up and too short to gel down. Exactly what I was afraid of. She has also been trimming my parted section closer and closer to the middle which I would let her know about and she would deny all accontability despite her being my only barber. Very difficult to deal with. Its my own hair and I cant even speak without being scolded. Ive been a loyal customer. I tolerated this for several sessions before deciding that she will not change it has become very uncomfortable and I will no longer be going back there.
