1 /5 Kaitlin Voncina: I have been a loyal customer at this salon for a couple of years now. Recently the quality of work has before extremely poor. I had a full set of acrylics done 4 days ago and noticed within 2 days a crack in the acrylic. I went in yesterday to have this nail fixed and she filed the nail down and applied extra acrylic on top of the nail instead of removing the whole nail and repairing it. This resulted in the same nail cracking through again today and by the end of the day the whole nail had snapped completely off. I hardly use my hands while working so there is absolutely no reason this should be happening. Really unfortunate as the quality used to be amazing, hence why I was a returning customer. The past few months I have had multiple issues with my nails breaking super early, not being what I asked for and not being listened to in the salon.
I really hope this salon returns to the consistency and quality that it used to produce.
