1 /5 NH C: I went to redeem a voucher Id been given. In the middle of the pedicure, I was confronted by the owner who claimed that the voucher, which was issued in January, had expired. There was no expiry date on the voucher. Then she claimed that it had been issued by the previous owner and shed bought the business since. Again I refused to accept that. I was insulted to be challenged over a $50 voucher of which only $45 was ultimately redeemed. I explained that Id delayed in redeeming the voucher as Id discovered a fungal condition in the middle of my right toe nail in February after the previous pedicure there. I was not in a hurry to go back. For a business that has customers streaming in paying cash in hand with no receipts issued, it is a greedy error trying to weasel out of a $50 obligation. At the very least, DO NOT BUY VOUCHERS.
