5 /5 Alison: I actually met Yvonne when she came into my place of work. When I found out she was a hairdresser and did keratin treatments, I couldn’t not visit her salon. Her friendliness and warmth extended right from our initial meeting through the appointment (she remembered me both when I called to make the appointment and when I came in) right through to the follow up phone call she gave a few days after my keratin was done. I have had a few keratins done before. Some have been a hit, others misses. The Brazilian keratin treatment has smoothed my long, thick, dry, frizzy hair right done, it is so insanely straight and glossy (even during the humid days we’ve been having). Very happy to say I have finally found my go-to hairdresser! I can’t recommend Medusa enough!

2 /5 Emily Clarke: My first bad experience was when I went in for a keratin treatment which they quoted me 120 over the phone. I was told they had this dicounted price for the month of november, so I thought it was a great price and went in to have it done. The service was all well and good up until when i went to pay for it, I was told that it will be 200. I had to be stern with her to finally get her to understand what i was quoted and she finally gave up and agreed on the 120. The second time there was a problem was when i called the salon and asked for a colour, cut and blowave and was quoted just 60. After hanging up I thought that this price was too good to be true as id been there a couple of months earlier and was charged 90 for a cut and colour without the blowave. so i called up again to double check that it was 60 for a cut colour and blowave, which they confirmed. I went in thinking i was getting a great deal and as i had called twice to confirm i trusted they knew what they were doing. By the end of the cut she was ready to blow dry my hair and i asked about the colour and she said i thought you only wanted and cut and blowdry. I was so disappointed because i chose to go there instead of another place that advertised a cut colour blowdry for 70. I feel that they will just say anything to you over the phone to get you in the door, then pretend that it was all just a misunderstanding. They do a good job but i wont be going back as they have lost all integrity.
