5 /5 HANNAH LEUNG: I cannot recommend Marjaana highly enough for a relaxing and therapeutic massage. I always feel so much looser and better in my body after I see her. She’s incredibly intuitive and really understands what my body needs. I also love that she does cupping too, a huge bonus! Thanks Marjaana!

Crystel was so warm, welcoming and professional - we discussed my desired outcomes for the appointment before starting, so the treatment was personalised to what my body needed that day. Definitely one of the best massages Ive ever had, being both relaxing but also improved the tension and discomfort in my back. Thank you Crystel, I will definitely be back!

5 /5 sydni romine: Mesa is an experience for all of the senses.The moment you walk onto the property you can clearly see that care has been taken in every aspect -- from creative direction to design and even construction. I was invited into the space where I immediately felt at ease and surrounded by a palpable welcoming energy -- landing in community. Interesting and thought provoking artistic elements, a well-curated retail space full of gorgeous linens and plenty of wellness necessities was perfect for grabbing a little gift! My therapist Bianca warmly received me into her space where we discussed everything from pressure to my medical history and areas where I feel that I hold tension. She made sure I was well hydrated and showed my where I would find water following my treatment. I felt well cared for and absolutely wrapped up! Beyond the mental and spiritual benefits, physically I felt lighter and as if I was a little taller. I was fortunate to return to Mesa for an evening session in the infrared sauna -- the space is again, well-thought and I love all of the unique design elements. I am looking forward to including sauna in my routine moving forward. I know Ill be back! Thank you so much to the owners for creating this sacred space for self care.

5 /5 Calliauw Thibault (Thibault C): After trying out several massage spots around the Northern beaches, I can say that Mesa is hands down the best. The place is stunning, clean, and so peaceful. Everyone, from the owner to the staff, is just delightful, professional, and really knows their stuff. And then the massages... simply perfect. I initially went in for some neck trouble - which was magically taken care of by Jenny. I was never really a massage person, but now, I make it a point to treat myself once or twice a month. I cant recommend this place enough!
