1 /5 Monica Diaz: Extremely dissapointed with this Nail Salon. I would not go back again. I received a $85 voucher for a Shellac Manicure and Pedicure... the pedicure was fine, however the shellac manicured started to bubble. I requested the person in charge to remove it but give me a credit note as I didnt want to do them again as my nails were already thin! and they did not take any responsibility for it. The person in charge was rude and as usual spoke on their language to the other staff. English is not my first language either but I make an effort! Horrible experience... I am not going back to this place.

1 /5 Nicolette Katholos: I had an extremely disappointing experience at this nail studio. Despite bringing an inspiration photo and clearly explaining what I wanted, the staff completely disregarded it and proceeded to do something entirely different. When I politely asked them to make adjustments to align with my original request, they not only refused to accommodate but also insisted on charging me extra to fix their mistake. To make matters worse, the staff were unprofessional and rude throughout the appointment, showing little regard for customer satisfaction. I paid over $80 for acrylic nails that, shockingly, started lifting and falling off within a week. This is unacceptable, especially given the high cost. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Save your time, money, and frustration, and seek out a salon that values both quality and its customers.

1 /5 Bella Greensmith: I really wanted to like this place. In fact, I kept going back because I genuinely loved how my nails looked at first. But over time, the service and quality went downhill drastically. The very first time I visited, the staff actually laughed at me because I didn’t know what shellac was. It was my first manicure and I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable. Despite that, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned several times. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. I paid $75 for a shellac pedicure where they didn’t even apply enough coats and the polish was see-through. Sometimes, it would take them 1.5-2 hours and the quality was mediocre. On another occasion, I was charged $120 for a shellac manicure and pedicure. Furthermore, I noticed whenever I asked for a different shape they would try and steer me to want the same shape or would make excuses on why they couldnt do the shape I wanted. Additionally, I came at 9:40am for a normal pedicure. I was left sitting there for 45 minutes waiting for the polish to dry, with no one checking on me the entire time. Staff were too busy scrolling on their phones for at least 30 minutes. I had to get up and ask if I could leave and they insisted it wasn’t dry, yet when one of them touched my nail, it didn’t even smudge. After waiting far too long, I asked again and finally left because the salon was getting busy and I didn’t want to be forgotten entirely. By the way, this place used to be rated around 4.5 stars in October and now its 3.8 which says a lot
