Left feeling super happy with my hair colour. As an introvert, she really made me feel at ease too. She chatted just enough to build rapport without making me feel too overwhelmed. Kerri Allan Went to Lou before leaving Sydney to refresh a blonde I wasn’t fully happy with from elsewhere. She took so much time to listen to my concerns about my hair shedding and gave me a lot of information and recommendations around hair health. My blonde was bright and exactly what I asked for while still feeling natural! Never felt rushed and Louise was so lovely to chat away to! She also was kind enough to take time afterwards to send me a list of product recommendations and what to ask for next time… I’m just sad that I could only go once and can’t go back again now that I have moved away!
