1 /5 Leonie Norman: I have been going to this Salon for aprox 20+ years for Streaks & have always left feeling satisfied. Aneesa does a professional job but because of Severe Shoulder Arthritis I had to have my hair cut shorter. As I’ve not had a short cut for aprox 40yrs it was a Huge Risk for me to take. I nervously sat in the chair & showed Nahid a couple of pictures, no longer had I begun to discuss the pros & cons when all of a sudden Nahids had chopped a huge peice from the back & spared no time in chopping it all off. It is the worst cut I’ve ever had & everyone else thinks so too! When I disapproved Nahid said she’d never cut it again but hey! Ide never let her cut it again! Very disappointed & left feeling miserable! Thank God for hats!!

5 /5 Kate Irani: Nahid gets what you need so you’re never disappointed! Her pricing is also very affordable. If you book a few days in advance you’ll always be accommodated unlike other places that you have to book a month in advance.

As a loyal customer, for 20 years, surely the very least you could do is to offer her a refund and/or a free treatment.
