Rebecca Amiridis I recently visited the clinic for the first time this week and had an excellent experience. During my consultation, I was informed that, due to the medication I am taking, I would need a doctors certificate to undergo laser treatment. This requirement was beyond the clinics control as it is part of their policy. Although I was initially stressed about potentially having to postpone the treatment to another day due to childcare arrangements, the staff assured me that they would accommodate my needs. Ultimately, I was able to obtain an exemption from the manager. The team was incredibly accommodating and understanding. The practitioner who treated me made me feel very comfortable and engaged me in conversation throughout the treatment to ease any nervousness I was experiencing. The treatment was thoroughly explained, and overall, I had a very positive experience. One suggestion for improvement would be for the company to inform clients at the time of booking that a medical certificate might be required and suggest to see a GP beforehand.This would prevent any delays and allow clients to obtain the necessary note from their GP regarding photosensitivity beforehand. However, this does not reflect on the store itself, as the staff were exceptional. Many thanks again for the wonderful experience.

Which has already improved the texture of my hair. Looking forward to my next appointment, which I dont mind who I book it in with. I always leave the salon with a big smile on my face. Kate Longmore Zaira is the only salon I trust with my hair, I instantly felt welcome on my first appointment, straight away Lexie understood exactly what I was after and transformed my hair for the better , teaching me how to maintain and care for my hair, Im so glad I finally found the perfect hairdresser! Lexie, Kayla and Amy are incredible, they all take such pride and care in their work. Every single time I visit the salon whether it for a colour treatment or even a blow wave, the girls exceed my expectations every single time, they are all so talented and accommodating.

Emily T First experience at Samantha Taylor with Mia! Hadn’t had my hair done in forever and wanted to take a huge amount off. Mia was great and suggested taking a little bit at a time incase I changed my mind. Which was perfect because I didn’t end up going quite as short as planned. I also had a toner and Mia listened to what I wanted and asked lots of questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I left very, very happy. My hair feels fresh and looks great. Thanks Mia for my hour’s treat away from Bub & the great head massage! Looking forward to my next visit!
