2 /5 Millie W: I went to get my nails done, and the receptionist said it wouldn’t be a problem and that I’d be seated soon. A few minutes later, another woman arrived. The receptionist told her there’d be a wait, and the woman said she was happy to wait and would go get a coffee. But just seconds later, she was taken straight to a chair and started getting her nails done, while I was still waiting. I ended up leaving and went to Professionails nearby instead, and they were so much friendlier

1 /5 Claudia Castañeda: Awful work. My daughter and I did our nails there, and just two days after, my daughters nails were broken, mine on the third day. We asked for a refund and they denied it. The manager said they do not guarantee their nails even though we were told it with last a minimum of three weeks. At the end the manager kicked us out of the business. We also were concerned about the tools they used as they didnt clean them. Unfortunately by the time we noticed it was too late.

1 /5 Mari Ryan: Way too expensive for the service provided. Went for a pedicure which cost $40, more than what I pay elsewhere but thought it might be a job well done. The pedicure was painful, with the technician jabbing under the nail with the sharp tool excessively. Nothing was done to remove hard skin, when I asked her to do so, she and the owner said it would cost $5 extra. I explained how ridiculous this was, to charge extra for something that should be standard in an already overly expensive service, and also, there was nothing on the price list of that being extra, so I felt pretty scammed for them to try add an extra charge without this being on the list. Ill need to go elsewhere for a proper pedicure soon, on principle I could not pay extra for a job poorly done. I will not be back.

1 /5 Jesinta Lee: Dropped in to get an express pedicure for the first time and I will never return. The person who served me doesn’t seem to know what she was doing - she did not use any alcohol before the gel coat and I had to remind her before she said she missed a step. How can you miss this when you do it day in day out? Next - I asked to try 2 colours. She applied the gel base coat on me and my chosen colours. After I picked the one I wanted, she proceed to use a tissue paper not soaked in acetone but a dry piece of paper to wipe off the colour and proceed to paint my nails like this was usual, no re-application of base coat and my toe felt sticky. She was chatting away to her colleagues without a care in the world. I don’t think my pedicure will last. Avoid at all costs. These places ought to be shut down with the kind of service they provide with staffs who don’t care.
