5 /5 Cleo pini: This was such a wonderful experience! It was my first time at the salon and my first time getting a full set of acrylics, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Cindy, who did my nails, was incredibly friendly and skilled. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure everything turned out perfectly. The salon had a great atmosphere, and there was a real sense of community. It wasn’t just about getting my nails done—it felt like a place where everyone is treated with care and respect. My nails turned out beautifully, and I left with a huge smile on my face. I’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you so much, Cindy, and the team for making my first visit such an enjoyable one!

1 /5 Mariah Tissera: I went here based on seeing the positive reviews. However, my experience was very disappointing. I went to get a manicure which cost $25. When Cindy was doing my nails she would constantly get up and do other things while she was in the MIDDLE of painting my nails. There was no respect for the customers time. After the nails were done, I noticed there were gaps on the nails with no nailpolish. I had to point this to her and she corrected it. A day later the nailpolish started to come off! I called Cindy and she said its normal because it only lasts for TWO-THREE days! If I have known this I would not have paid $25. I have never had a manicure that lasted only a few days. It goes to show that the quality here is very poor. Cindy did offer to redo my nails for free and I accepted and tried to book a time. However, she said I cannot book a time and I just have to wait. I asked if I can come earlier just as the shop opens and she said no I would have to wait. Other customers are allowed to book but I wasnt. So I decided that it is not worth my time and energy dealing with this place and decided to go to another nail Salon. Cindy is friendly but the quality of products and service is extremely poor. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
