I came to this salon with my partner to get both a manicure and pedicure. My partner finished earlier and left, while I was still getting my nails done. After finishing the manicure — before the nail polish was even applied — the staff suddenly asked me to pay right then, without explaining why.
This made me feel really uncomfortable. Normally, at other salons, you pay after the entire service is done. If it’s the salon’s policy to ask for payment beforehand, they should inform customers clearly from the start — not suddenly ask for payment in the middle of the service, especially in a language I don’t understand.
It left a really bad impression. I came expecting a relaxing experience, but instead I left feeling confused and disappointed. I won’t be coming back, and I can’t recommend this place to others.
