1 /5 C D: I developed a painful toe infection days after my pedicure at this salon. When I returned seeking a refund, my experience went from bad to worse. Despite repeatedly telling the staff not to pop my infected toe as I wanted to see a doctor, she ignored my requests and proceeded to pop the puss against my wishes. She dismissed my concerns, claiming its just an ingrown toenail that will heal in a few days and that I didnt need a doctor. The pain became unbearable in the following days. My doctor confirmed it was actually a bacterial infection requiring antibiotics - not caused from an ingrown toenail as the salon claimed. Ive now spent more on medical care than the actual pedicure. This salon not only has concerning hygiene standards that led to the infection, but their staff completely disregarded my clear requests about what should be done to my own body. I would not recommend this place.

They’re hardworking and really take their time to make sure everything is perfect. The retention is amazing; my nails last so long without lifting or breaking. You can tell they genuinely care about quality and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!

The technician used excessive force and harsh tools, which left visible damage on my nails — as you can see in the photo, several of them now have dents and peeling layers. This kind of careless, aggressive treatment is completely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected a basic level of care and skill, but instead I walked out with my nails in worse condition than before. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
