At first i was a bit scared but she did really good job and i really appreciate the way she made me comfortable and made me believe in process of it. Now, i wish i should have gone to one stop beauty a while ago and i recommend everyone to go there.

She listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered a look that was not only stunning but perfectly suited to both the event and my outfit. I highly recommend Joycy P for anyone looking for a skilled and thoughtful beautician who goes above and beyond. A special mention also goes to Anusha, the owner. 1 /5 Nithya Rajendran: Came for laser hair removal service. Very worst customer service not letting me to talk and explain. Not Treating customers same. Asking me to be out in the middle of the session and asked me to wait (not requesting no polite words) on other room with towel wrap. Since the other customers appointments is 10mins before of mine. I came early and the lady did laser for me since the other customer didn’t show up on time. And lady who were sitting on reception was very rude and keeping on arguing with customer she accepted mistake from their side how she can ask me be out in the middle of session?!!! Very worst service ever. She got an attitude by saying inform the owner if you want.

1 /5 Emma and Dylan: Booked a massage online with one of the beauticians and the day before I received an automated email stating my appointment had been cancelled. I gave the business the benefit of the doubt and rebooked for the same day, different time and within 5 minutes had the appointment cancelled again. I received no communication about why the appointment had been cancelled twice. When I reached out via email to provide my availability in order to rebook, I received no reply. Completely unprofessional. Cannot recommend this business.

1 /5 Roseleen Kour: I was referred here by my friend, so the price i was told $99 for 10 sittings each. So i called them the next day and confirmed the price. I was told to come and book in and if u can’t pay for entire 10 sittings then atleast u can pay for 5 sittings which was $500 to start the process. I agreed for this deal and went to the shop and on to my surprise they made another story that the price now is $120 for 10 sittings each which was totally different from what i was told by them. I was so disappointed that how can some business do this. They advertise different and when the client visits the shop the price changes instantly. I felt they were trying to confuse me so that i can pay them whatever they wanted. Very disappointed, not recommended and unprofessional Staff!!
