Oz Hair and Beauty Green Hills Salon - East Maitland (NSW)

4 /5 Sheri Crawshaw: Visited the Green Hills Salon to get an idea of products for the granddaughters birthday - to be honest, the products seemed a little expensive, but the assistance were very approachable and let me know of at least 2 other stores in the shopping centre that might also stock the products. I visited 3 other stores, none had the product, but all 3 stores suggested Oz Hair & Beauty - this surprised (and impressed) me as I would have expected assistance might have just advise they didnt have the product in stock. I felt very comfortable going back to Oz Hair to order the product - again the assistant show excellent customer service and didnt put any pressure on me to buy it here, cause its not available anywhere else - this relaxed approach definitely helped me decide to place an order! A big thank you for having such nice staff, it certainly made a difference!

Exceptional customer service (had a lovely dark hair young woman) who was so happy cheerful so refreshing to had someone in retail who seems happy to be there and going above to help customers. Great knowledge of products! Have my daughter a lollipop too such a nice place to shop!
