2 /5 Lekha Mr: It was my first visit to this solon and i am not at all happy with their service. I went for an infill and it took 1 hr 15 min and 3 ladies to complete it. The lady who started (Helen)was very good but then she had an appointment and came another one to do and then later a 3rd one to apply the nail polish. They even hurt my finger and the 3rd lady did a pathetic job in applying the nail paint. Very unprofessional and too much of talking among themselves.

1 /5 Kaja Caulfield: ‼️‼️if i could give 0 stars i would. they are the most fugly nails i have ever had…not to mention the brown poo looking fungi that has somehow randomly appeared?!??! and just to mention they said they would charge me $50 they charged me $65 heh…..so like don’t go here clearly something wrong with you guys. please shut down this business it’s actually foul!!! ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

1 /5 Amina: ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. LEFT ME WITH DAMAGED AND INFECTED NAIL BEDS!!! Looked clean and professional at first, however, they were VERY ROUGH with their services, and severely disappointed me. All I asked for was a simple shellac removal and a pedicure, and it did not meet expectations, let alone do a good job for the price. I honestly cannot stress this enough, please do not go here as MY TOES ARE THROBBING FROM PAIN BECAUSE OF THE IMPROPER SERVICE AND UNHYGIENIC EQUIPMENT.

The infection has become so severe that I am now on antibiotics to treat it effectively. Not only has this affected my daily routine, but Im also unable to wear closed shoes comfortably for a while. While I have always appreciated the quality of service at your salon, I believe its crucial to address this issue promptly to prevent similar incidents in the future. I kindly suggest that your establishment considers implementing more thorough sterilisation procedures for your equipment. This extra precaution can significantly reduce the risk of infections and ensure the well-being of your valued customers. I understand that mistakes can happen, and Im hopeful that this feedback will be taken constructively.
