1 /5 Mirella Honey: DISAPPOINTED Worst nails I have ever had ! A guy did them cut them short without even really asking me My nails were stinging from too much primer My nails are UGLY FLAT these are a disaster! Never never going there again !! Shocking experience. I paid $70 to have ugly nails !

5 /5 Garazi Romero Vallejo: Great service. I was ignored in another beauty store and Im glad coz the service here was outstanding. They got me in straight away, the guy was nice and he did a great job shaping my eyebrows. Good price too. This well be my go to place :)

2 /5 Mooma: I came to this establishment on holidays because I had heard good things about it. I have recently broken my knee so I was on crutches, where as I usually use a wheel chair, thankfully I did because I was barely able to get in on the crutches. I went to go get acrylic nails with an ombre and once they were done the ombre was barely noticeable and the nails were bumpy and uneven. Once my service was done the lady doing my nails told me and when I asked for my crutches to get up she just left (as they put my crutches out of arms reach). She did not grab them for me so I was under the assumption that she wasnt done and I just heard her wrong. Then she told me again that she was done a couple minutes later and I repeated that I needed my crutches which she gave to me. Overall there was bad communication and service for me. Although I have seen the work this establishment can do and their usual work is good, it was very busy in there so it could have affected my service.

1 /5 Georgina Lovell: I received a sns and gel manicure (no tips) 8 days ago which cost me $60 for my overseas holiday. I left for holiday the following day and within the first few days a majority of my nails were chipping and breaking (I was not doing any strenuous or hard wearing activities). I went back today to complain as I have never had issues with nails from this salon and figured they would fix them as it was a first time thing and my nails looked shocking for just one week (also disappointed as they were my holiday nails). The man at the counter was rude and dismissive of my concerns and told me because I didn’t come in yesterday on the 7 day mark they couldn’t fix them (even though I told him I got off the plane yesterday and came as soon as possible). He offered me 50% off but off the back of a holiday and only a week after spending $60 on my nails I didn’t want to to spend another $30 at the risk the same thing would happen again. If you’re going to go here I would recommend their acrylic services but not their sns as it just crumbled off my nails.
