5 /5 Eileen Willloughby: I just don’t know where to start. It was the most fabulous experience ever. From the beginning to end. Immediately my concerns were answered. Jack listened and reassured me that my concerns were valid. Immediately he found hairstyles best suited to me and they were exactly what I wanted. The colour I once had from my previously salon could no longer seem to do after several years?? In a flash Jack ask the colourist in the salon to ring the educator from the company they use and my colour formula was ready. (All on a Saturday) Josh coloured my hair and at the same time was very attentive and professional. I left the salon in absolute joy and on my way to the car had people ask who does my hair. Well, that speaks volumes. I have already made several follow up appointments Thank you ❤️

From the moment you step in the door to the end of your service, their customers are at the top of their mind. I love going to this salon and I’m so glad over a year ago I made the change from my previous one in the Eastern Suburbs.

My previous haircut (from a different salon) was a total mess and Jack took time to fix it and talk me through ways to style while waiting to grow it a little longer. Also just a stunning salon with great customer service generally, a real gem for the burbs. Best haircut experience and result Ive had in a long time. Thank you Polly & Stone!
