1 /5 lysx cat: Terrible experience getting my long hair layered by Eleni last year. Grew my hair out for 4 years and Honestly felt like I went to a butcher, it was a half decent cut until eleni suddenly hacked half way up my layers at my already thin hair with a razor, while it was already dried and straightened. This created patchy wispy layered ends almost mullet like. I discussed my concerns about taking little hair off and that i wanted to achieve a fuller healthier look. A skilled stylist should know not to razor cut certain hair types, especially while its dry. Wrecked my hair and I ended up visiting a salon in Roselands Centre to get the thinned out ends cut off and the layers fixed by the owner Sam. Oh, also got a mad forehead burn from the young apprentice washing and drying my hair. Lol. What a day. Update edit reply: I initially came in after seeing good reviews about your Salon but you were overseas at the time and Eleni sounded confident so I booked with her. I really didnt want to leave a review at all because of negative replies like yours. I dont believe it was nasty rather explaining my experience. I was left with a bad haircut and that feeling doesnt go away. Thanks for showing how much you care about your customers with your kind reply. Lol

1 /5 Province Centre Administration: Never ever go to the salon, they charge me over $300 and my hair turned orange. I don’t know how they managed to do that but it is bad. I thought I could treat myself get my hair done get half head of foils then Ari convinced me I needed a roots smudge, so I did that and within two days, my hair was orange. I messaged him on Instagram. Text message called him. He said come in the following day and he’ll fix it for free, and then when that Day came, he messaged me and said oh I’m too busy to fit you in my girls have called in sick I won’t be able to fit you in and then he ghosted me. This is The worst hair salon I have ever experienced or been to in my life. Take it from me. Do not go here. He acts like he knows everything, but he doesn’t. He is just so greedy and just in it for the money, and it’s just a facade he has no idea how to do Hair or anything, I’ve disputed it with my bank and I will get the money back because I have all the proof, but he acts like he’s been a Hairdresser for so many years. How can you turn my hair orange I don’t even Possible, if I could give it zero stars, I would never ever go here

5 /5 Stef Caires: Have been going to Pose Hair for many years, when it came time for my wedding I looked no further than Maria from Pose! Could not be happier. She worked with me on the bridal trial styling and absolutely nailed it, even more so on the wedding day.

1 /5 Georgia Pap: I wish I had written this review earlier so that perhaps others would not have had to experience what I went through because of Pose Hair. I had been getting my hair chemically straightened for years and needed to get my roots redone. I thought I would get this done at Pose hair as a treat so made an appointment with Ari. I had a prior consultation with Ari to ensure he knew I only needed the roots redone. During the appointment, he applied the solution to most of my hair but had assured me he knew what he was doing. He then handed the job over to two of his assistants who did not know what they were doing. If not for the fact that I reminded them to do so, they would not have applied the neutralizer or conditioner as part of the process. Ari finished the job with a cut. Although shorter than I asked for, my hair did look smooth when I left the salon. However, I was horrified when I woke up early next morning with partly frizzy, dry hair. I tried to contact Ari at the salon but he would not come to the phone. I went into the salon later that day, only for him to tell me that what I had experienced was normal. I knew my hair had been damaged even though he would not acknowledge this let alone offer a refund. I continued to have problems with my hair which is slowly returning to good health with no thanks to Pose hair.
