5 /5 Simran Kaur: Obsessed is an understatement! I came in wanting something fun for a special occasion and left with full mermaid-core 3D nails. The attention to detail was insane — every gem, shimmer, and swirl was placed perfectly. The tech took my inspo and somehow made it better. I’ve had non-stop compliments and they still look flawless. The vibe in the salon was super warm and relaxed too — not rushed, not awkward, just good energy. You can tell they actually care about the artistry, not just pumping out sets. Highly recommend if you’re after something creative, bold, or just flat-out stunning. Already planning my next set!

5 /5 Sierra Valentina: Loved my experience at professionail at Rhodes Waterside. Such a bright and comfortable atmosphere, and such a pretty location. The girls were lovely, very patient through deciding what me and my cousin wanted and going through different colour choices. They gave us exactly what we wanted ❤️ we went early afternoon on a Wednesday which was the perfect time before rush hour, we could actually relax!

5 /5 Rupali Kumaar: Went in to get Mardi Gras themed gel polish. Appreciate how everything was done so properly and carefully, from the prep to the polishing. I went back to get the gel polish removed after two weeks and was taken good care of again. Highly recommend this place. The stylists are great and especially careful with your nails !

1 /5 Yiana: I tried this place for the first time as it had been recommended by a friend. I had gotten my hands and feet done and paid $100 for this service, please note I got shellac. When I left the salon I noticed there was a dark streak through one of my nails and patchiness in the other (this is also evident in the pictures below). I left it as I had no time to run back to fix this. I had an event on the next day and became unwell after it. I noticed the shellac on my nails cracking on the day but as I became unwell I couldn’t go in. I called up the day after the event to let them know that my nails have cracked and chipped and I had just gotten them done to which they told me to come in, I was still sick so I told them if I could come in the following day to which they agreed. I went in and told them that I had called up the day before about my cracked nails. The lady told me if I need to fix only one to which I said that they were all cracked. She told me to come back in half an hour. Once I returned, I had questioned if this service would cost me anything as I had only gotten them done 3-4 days prior (by the time I went in it was 4 but they cracked the day after getting them done). They told me it would cost $35 which is basically the cost of the service again. I am so disappointed and frustrated by this as it has been a pricier service than where I usually go and the nails did not even last 2 days. As well as that, I was told I’d have to pay for the service again because they have a “3 day guarantee”. Absolutely ridiculous, I have never had my nails in such a horrible state before. One of my nails has ripped across as a result of the gel polish used. Extremely disappointed.
