1 /5 Bianca Maia: Pedicure okay, however my experience post was horrific. I had gel on my nails I had to get removed. They put a gel remover on my nails and forgot about it and then rushed the job within 5 minutes… clearly too quick. They cut my cuticles and skin around my nail as the drill was on full speed. I started bleeding. When I approached the front counter with breaking nails and bleeding cuticles I showed the man and he said “mistakes happen” however multiple of my fingers were bleeding and over drilled. I was dismissed instantly and only offered $10 off. My nails are all chipping and so thin you can see the skin under them. I definitely dont recommend them. Edit: I have added photos of my left hand and how badly damaged my cuticles are and how they are scabbing. I have had to put multiple layers of nail protectant as well to build my nail strength back up

1 /5 Jaicey Revelle: Ill admit, I was a little hesitant to post my review after reading through the endless positive reviews about this place but I feel like I have to share my experience from this afternoon. From the beginning the technician failed to understand the shape I was after and almost 3 hours later, Im so disappointed with the inconsistency with the shapes. I pointed this out several times to which I was answered with "we will file again" and continued to file down the existing shape instead of reshaping. Resigning to "trusting the process" it came to design time and I ended up with unfinished, patchy, uneven designs - not even closely resembling the picture I went in with. I ended up having it removed as I wasnt exactly keen on sitting there for another 3 hours for a new set, and you can see in the attached photos what I ended up with - scratched up nails that arent even, the same shape, or even level with my actual natural nail. Im so incredibly upset with this experience!!

5 /5 Shall 蓉儿【夏乐蓉】: A perfect place to get pretty gorgeous nails. The salon is quite fancy where they have high quality products with a wide range of even classic or unique colors. The staffs are well-trained, professional and friendly. Their works always last longer than what I used to have from the other salons. Highly recommended.
