1 /5 Omnia Salah: Dont go for keratin or nanoplasty treatments at all here, especially if you have very curly hair. They clearly lack experience with this hair type. The first treatment didn’t work as promised, and the stylist admitted she wasn’t sure why. She offered a retreatment with a different product, and that time it turned out fine. However, when I went back again, trusting her, the results were just as disappointing as the first time. Even though I used the same shampoo that worked well after the retreatment, she still blamed the shampoo!
From my experience with keratin over the years, the shampoo you use might affect how long the treatment lasts or the softness over time, but it shouldn’t ruin the results straight after the first wash. If done properly, the hair should at least look treated after the first wash, not as if nothing was done at all. The process was time-consuming, and when I raised my concerns, they were dismissed rather than handled professionally. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and a waste of time and money, go spend this money at a professional salon!
