1 /5 Sadia Khan: I’d like to share my experience with Ronda. While the lady is funny and welcoming, I felt she didn’t fully understand customer needs. She ended up perming my mom’s hair, which left it damaged, and the process felt very rushed. During the treatment, chemicals were pouring into my mom’s eyes, causing severe burning, and she seemed least bothered, continuing to crack jokes. While humor is fine, customer safety should always be a priority.
The end result was very disappointing—my mom experienced significant hair fall after the treatment in the following weeks. I also got a keratin treatment, which didn’t last more than 4-5 days, leaving my hair back to its original state. For the high prices she charged, the service and professionalism fell far short.
What added to the frustration was how she multitasked during our treatments, continuously getting interrupted and not giving her full attention to us. A process that should have taken 2 hours ended up taking 5, making it a hectic and exhausting experience.
I had chosen this salon based on positive reviews, but after my experience, I’m unsure if those reviews are genuine. While I have no personal issue with the lady—she is friendly—it’s ultimately about the service and the result, which weren’t good at all. Additionally, I felt she was pushing us to leave positive reviews, which I cannot do in good conscience.
This experience happened a couple of months ago, but I wanted to share it honestly so others know what they might be signing up for. My advice to her would be to focus more on individual customers and ensure their safety and satisfaction during treatments. Unfortunately, this was not the experience I expected.
