I regularly get facials and laser treatments, particularly the Picoway, which has done wonders for my skin. I’ve seen visible improvements since starting, and it’s definitely my favourite treatment. When I first started, I struggled with acne-prone skin for 15 years, but thanks to Sophia’s expert advice and tailored skincare guidance, my skin is now in the best condition. She’s always been incredibly honest and practical with her advice, and I’ve really appreciated her approach. What I love is that there’s never any pressure to purchase products/packages – they simply offer genuine recommendations, for some products they recommend you could find them in chemist and it’s entirely up to you whether to follow through with them. The only minor issue I’ve had is occasionally feeling like one frequency might be missed during my Picoway sessions that they should be using 3 types of frequencies but sometimes they might have only used 2. But overall, I’m very happy with the results and the service.
