Genuinely beautiful salon, filled with the most lovely team! My hair is in the best condition it’s ever been based on her treatments and product recommendations. Would def recommend!!

BUT in all the years I have never had such a great outcome as Stephanie produced for me at Salon ES. I loved loved the fact that she is fast, efficient and the end result was simply the best outcome I have ever had. TRUST ME dont go anywhere else. 2 /5 Mojgan Rezaei: Disappointed with the lack of transparency Really disappointed with the service I received today. I booked an appointment at this hair salon and was quoted $105 for a root color and $65 for a blow-dry. When I arrived, I requested only the root color with no styling, just a simple dry to go home. However, I was charged $155 for the root color alone and only had my hair partially dried with a blow-dryer. When I questioned the price, I was told that their root color service costs $145 plus $10 for the blow-dry. After returning home, I checked their website and saw a different price, so I called them to clarify. The stylist explained that the price she charged was her own rate. She then said that out of a good will gesture, she would honor the price she originally quoted over the phone next time, but otherwise, her rate is $145. To say the least, it’s obvious I will not be returning. I was hoping to support a local business but unfortunately they lack transparency and will not provide compensation when they have misled their customers.
