3 /5 Emma Phillip: I came in the other day for a haircut, and while my hairdresser was very kind and did a great job, my experience wasn’t the best. Firstly, many of the salon assistants weren’t very friendly, one who was brushing my hair complained to the stylist that it was really knotty right it front of me (it wasn’t, I just have curly hair) and just overall seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Secondly, I asked for no blow dry as I’m a uni student without loads of money, my hairdresser said no worries and continued to cut my hair. When I went up to pay it was still $130 as apparently they don’t do haircut only prices, which would have been good to know before booking and also ridiculous. I now know I should have checked before but I still feel like the Salon should reconsider this policy, or else make it more clear.

5 /5 A R: Had a lovely experience with Jessie on the weekend! She listened to what I wanted and was able to recreate exactly what I had wanted! My hair looks so fresh and bright, and the cut is exactly the vibe I wanted. Not only was the service great, Jessie is such a lovely person too. Thank you to the young lady that gave me a head massage- you were fab too ☻ will be back!!

She was not only incredibly skilled but also thoughtful and personable, making me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and care for what I wanted really stood out. I would absolutely trust her with my next haircut and highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-notch service!

5 /5 Vanessa Jerah: Was recommended this place by a friend, I booked for a colour and cut with Anno. I love the fact that during the consult she listened and was very honest about what we might realistically achieve with my hair (Asian hair but using a Caucasian hair reference). In the end, the color work turned out beyond amazing and I was super happy with the outcome. After my first wash back home, I felt like the layering cut didnt quite remove enough. I called them and explained my situation and they didnt hesitate to book me in with Nathan. During the appointment, Nathan listened and never once made me feel like I was being unreasonable. He then proceeded to give me the BEST haircut I have had in a while. I walked out of the salon with hair so light and a smile so big my cheeks hurt. In fact, the hair cut complimented the color job so well I got compliments all evening. A killer combo of Anno with colors and Nathan with cuts. Highly recommend. Side note to this: the online booking system is easy enough but if you are tech challenged like me, call them and they will help you out quite promptly. Price List and services are listed clearly and they will give you a quote prior to starting the service. I personally like that the cut is a FULL SERVICE (wash, cut AND blowdry) because in Asia you will never walk out of any salon with wet hair.
