3 /5 Emma Phillip: I came in the other day for a haircut, and while my hairdresser was very kind and did a great job, my experience wasn’t the best. Firstly, many of the salon assistants weren’t very friendly, one who was brushing my hair complained to the stylist that it was really knotty right it front of me (it wasn’t, I just have curly hair) and just overall seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Secondly, I asked for no blow dry as I’m a uni student without loads of money, my hairdresser said no worries and continued to cut my hair. When I went up to pay it was still $130 as apparently they don’t do haircut only prices, which would have been good to know before booking and also ridiculous. I now know I should have checked before but I still feel like the Salon should reconsider this policy, or else make it more clear.
