1 /5 Tamara Cuevas: Unfortunately, i had a horrible experience. I booked a $120 haircut online, and paid the $60 deposit to secure the appointment. One of the girls starting cutting my hair in the opposite way that i described. She went to ask another hairdresser for help and then i was told that there had been a mistake and that they thought i had arranged for an Apprentice Hairdresser to cut my hair. At absolutely no point was i informed or asked if i consented to an apprentice hairdresser to cut my hair. As far as i was aware, i was paying $120 for a professional service, not an apprentice. The appointment was for 1 hour, and it ended up being 2 hours in total. I am somewhat grateful that the other hairdresser tried to fix the mistake, but at the end of the day my hair is now way shorter than i would have ever liked it to be. Which is quite upsetting to say the least. Perhaps next time, the hairdresser would like to ask the client if they wanted an apprentice or not instead.
