1 /5 shania sanyasi: I came into the salon at 2:00 PM for a pedicure, needing to leave by 4:00 PM for work. I was told the wait time would be around 20 minutes, which I was fine with — especially since I understood they were busy. However, I ended up waiting almost an hour, only to see multiple customers who arrived after me (and were told a 30-minute wait) taken in before me. It felt like I was being overlooked and disrespected, and frankly, it came across as discriminatory. I left without receiving any service because I no longer felt comfortable or valued as a customer. This wasn’t my first bad experience either. On a previous visit, I paid $90 for an infill — an outrageous price for such poor quality work. The results were disappointing and absolutely not worth the money. Unfortunately, after giving them more than one chance, I won’t be returning. Unprofessional, overpriced, and lacking basic customer respect.

5 /5 C P: Highly recommend. I was blown away by the level of attention I got from my nail artist. I paid $50 for a simple SNS removal and new set - reasonable. Clean salon with a very reasonable wait time. Every single lady who works here talked to me with respect and gentleness. I felt like a valued customer rather than just another transaction. There was no chaos like you find in some nail salons.

5 /5 Stripy Sam: Always get my nails done here for a couple of years when I have a special occasion! They are so skilled and make sure you are getting informed decisions about your nail choices. This is one of the only salons that care about your nails when it comes to taking them off (soak off). Had my nails done here for my wedding too. I highly recommend this place for quality nails.
