1 /5 shania sanyasi: I came into the salon at 2:00 PM for a pedicure, needing to leave by 4:00 PM for work. I was told the wait time would be around 20 minutes, which I was fine with — especially since I understood they were busy. However, I ended up waiting almost an hour, only to see multiple customers who arrived after me (and were told a 30-minute wait) taken in before me. It felt like I was being overlooked and disrespected, and frankly, it came across as discriminatory.
I left without receiving any service because I no longer felt comfortable or valued as a customer.
This wasn’t my first bad experience either. On a previous visit, I paid $90 for an infill — an outrageous price for such poor quality work. The results were disappointing and absolutely not worth the money.
Unfortunately, after giving them more than one chance, I won’t be returning. Unprofessional, overpriced, and lacking basic customer respect.
