2 /5 Oxana Lavrik: Weve always been happy with the service until today, when it turned out unpleasant and unprofessional.
- I booked 3x hair trims in advance for myself and my two LO with a lovely lady at the reception
- However, upon arrival we were told that the hairdresser was running late due to a previous client who hadnt come in time. We were asked to come back in 20 minutes
- When we did come after 20 minutes, as requested, the hairdresser told us that she was still busy and now couldnt give us any time estimate at all. Just offered to sit and wait if wed like to... We didnt want to wait indefinitely and just left, as it was already past lunch time for the kids.
I think this was very disappointing and unprofessional, especially towards my LOs who were looking forward to getting their haircuts.
* I would expect a professional service to give me a call/text about running late
* I would expect clients who turned up to their appointment on time to be served before those who didnt
* At least, I would expect an experienced hairdresser to be able to give a reasonable time estimate
** In a nutshell, be prepared that even if you book in advance, you can still face significant delays with no notice.
