Despite this, I was given to a new staff member without being asked or informed. I felt ignored and dismissed. The result was far from what I wanted, and it’s really disappointing when you trust a salon with your appearance and they don’t listen. I expected better communication and professionalism. I showed clear reference photos and explained exactly what I wanted, but the result was far from it. She tried, but it was obvious she didn’t know how to cut properly. I wish she had been honest about her experience I left feeling really disappointed. A salon should respect what the client asks for and be transparent about who’s doing the work. Thanks for the trauma. — definitely not worth paying $50 for the haircut i had .
