1 /5 Tayla Breunis: I got SNS done on my nails today. The lady made me bleed twice, and then there was a lump in the SNS which I pointed out. I was getting a design but before the design I told them I wasn’t happy. All they did was put the design over the lump. I then also said that the lady had ruined the outside of my nail (cuticles and my fingers were bleeding) they said that I had to get a manicure ONTOP of me paying for my nails. Shocking service to be charged $85

1 /5 Tean Pegley: I’ve had really good experiences here with a man who I assume is the owner/manager, as well as other staff, but I had a bad experience today. I went in today and asked for a manicure and BIAB on natural nails, I’m not sure what was lost in translation but the woman proceeded to cut all my nails that I had been growing out right down to the bed. She basically scoffed in my face when I said I didn’t want extensions. From our small talk before hand I thought it was clear I wasn’t asking for extensions, I said I’m keeping them short and growing them out, she asked what shape, and then cut them all off. Her and a colleague then went on to laugh in my face over my nails. They were out of the colour I wanted, that’s fine doesn’t matter. But after that the overall experience was just bad. I left with all my nails hurting from how short they were cut, revealing the sensitive part underneath making them sore and uncomfortable. They look fine but it was a bad experience and I paid $75 to have a plain colour. The manicure was also done AFTER gel and colour, meaning my cuticles were cut afterwards, so they will look more grown out more quickly because the nail underneath has already been revealed. silly

1 /5 Melanie Seale: Terrible service. Rude, aggressive and zero customer service. Do not go here!! Nails lasted 1 day. If I could give zero stars I would. This is their nail repair work. Just awful.

2 /5 Indy French: for acrylics and french tip - which are actually ok for the most part. one hand is perfect but the other is totally different length shape and much more wonky. the woman working on my nails was so rude and got so annoyed with me when i asked her to touch up something SHE smudged, and i moved once to brush my hair off my shoulder before she had even touched that hand and she practically yelled at me not to move, bear in mind she was just filing my natural nails. and they charged me 10 dollars more than the sign said but by that point i just wanted to leave. won’t be coming back

1 /5 annie: horrible-they were very rushed the whole time and when they cut the length of my nails they didn’t even ask how long i wanted and they are now far too short. The people kept switching in between doing my nails. The shape of them is terrible and not what I asked for. I would not recommend coming to this salon.
