1 /5 Maree Perri: Had a curly blow wave late Saturday night, dropped in 2 hrs, sent an email and popped in on Sunday, Jo was offered to do it again however we were heading out and didnt want to be locked in time wise, and I actually wanted a "refund", she said the manager would be in on Monday.
Popped in on Monday mid morning asked for the manager, someone named Dashkia said she was the "manager for the day" I explained the situation and that I wasnt happy asking for a "refund she said NO" when I asked why she became heightened saying things like, "you cant come in two days later and complain, its hot and humid, how do I know that you didnt go for a run or dance and party all night". I couldnt believe this woman, I explained that I didnt expect my hair to last two day, but I did expect it to last more than two hours. I asked for the "managers" name and email address and stated to her that she was the "manager for the day, not the manager" with that she said, "GOD YOU HAVE ATTITUDE" totally shocked I said "you have attitude" and walked out.
(Oh and I did show a photo of a previous blow wave else where but she was not interested in this)
Several emails went back and forth and I was not offered a refund or a redo, due to the "conversation with the staff member and the photos" that I posted.
ABSOLUTELY APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE, ACTUALLY NO SERVICE
