Jane Dixon Usual awesome service with Renee who has moved to Revive and Ive followed her. Renee is a talented colourist and I LOVE how she cuts my hair - the shape stays tamed until my next cut. This is a lovely and friendly salon - Melissa (the owner) is friendly and looked after my hair wash. Great head massage. Reasonable prices. I dont post pictures because I like my privacy - but I love the cut and my new colour POPS.

Anderson Pereira I had the most delightful experience at this shop and would recommend it to anyone. Moe, the professional that served me, displayed a genuine interest in my needs and made me feel welcome, comfortable and well taken care of. Read on. Went there to have a beard/moustache trim and got much more than I vouched for. A GREAT START: By the time I arrived there (lunch time, Wed 23th Oct), they were all busy. But they have this amazing big screen tv at the back, and while I waited, Ive enjoyed an EPL game that was going on at that time, which I love! That was a good start! NICELY EXECUTED JOB AND GREAT BANTER: When my time came, Moe (the pro that served me) asked me what I wanted and told me what could be done. Once we agreed on the details he conducted the job nicely, all while having a very entertaining chat about our lives, our kids and other light subjects. I was thirsty and it was a hot day, so I was offered a cold bottle of water, which I promptly accepted. NOW FOR THE BEST PART: I have long hair and Moe noticed that I try to care for it (he said if could tell it by feeling how smooth it was, sth like that), so he offered me lots of advices and showed me things I was doing wrong, for example, tying my hair when going to bed at night and brushing it too hard. Notice I wasnt there for my hair, and thats the beauty of him taking an interest on that. He then went on to show me some products that could help, but I said I had a hair consultant looking for products for me. Instead of being disappointed or frustrated, he actually told me what to say to my consultant (she is interstate) so she knows what I needed, which in this instance was moisturizers and products for damaged hair. And he went beyond: I asked him if he could take some pictures of my hair so I could send it to the consultant and he was really kind and helpful on that too. As a result I left the shop as a very happy customer, who felt my opinion mattered and had all my questions answered. I know how to recognize great customer service, and will be going back to this place many times!
