5 /5 Shelley Bays: After having a terrible experience at another salon just weeks prior I was given a voucher for style express and hoped that my experience would be improved from the last. I made my concerns aware to the stylist when I arrived and she was so understanding and patient she made me feel very comfortable and understood my concerns I have very long hair and sometimes salon visits can take awhile and feel arduous. I had my hair washed, a root touchup, cut and blow dry. The whole experience from start to finish was very comforting and I felt very looked after. The end result is probably the best I’ve had in years. My hair is so shiny. The colour is perfect and my overall experience left me feeling excited for my next visit. 1 /5 Poppy Moustakas: Disappointing experience overall. The owner Chloe never acknowledges you unless you’re a regular, which makes you feel like an outsider and less important. After my last visit, I received a call saying my payment hadn’t gone through and was asked to pay again over the phone. I checked my bank statement, confirmed it had gone through, and sent proof, but the way it was handled made me feel like I was being accused of dishonesty. On top of that, I could clearly see her speaking about me to other customers through the mirrors - completely unprofessional and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this salon if you expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy.
