5 /5 Cindy Xue: Nice place and excellent service for an affordable price. I went in for a cut and perm and they were very meticulous with the entirely of the treatment. I have very thick, straight hair and got layers- the results turned out great and I loved the look afterwards. During the process, I requested for some of the curls to be redone and Nicole did not hesitate to fix it, which was great. Ended up loving the hair! Would recommend booking in advance though, as I saw it get busy during the day. I booked in advance and had no issues with wait times.

1 /5 Matrix Go: Will give a minus in a heartbeat if I could. Worst experience ever. Commitments mean nothing to this place. I Made an appointment 3pm and went on time. I Was advised that she’s running a bit late but” rest assured that everything will be done within 1hour”, never mind then kept waiting for another one hour. Surprised to see that they took someone else and tried to make excuses why they allowed them to jump the Q. Just because we want a simple haircut doesn’t mean that you are supposed to take walk-ins simply because they are more expensive and time consuming. Absolutely Ridiculous! Will never revisit again! Such a shame to have such a business in our local area

1 /5 Sharyn Jackson: Waited to get an appointment was ignored for 15 minutes. Made an appointment for later that day with the owners husband. Went back 3 minutes before appointment time and was ignored for 45 minutes while the female owner talked to her friend. Eventually got up 35 minutes after my appointment time and left. 1 day later the husband rang me to apologise. Too late went elsewhere and was treated with respect. Would not recommend at all. Terrible service. Cannot comment on anything else as I might swear and that is not what this is about. Very unprofessional
