Here’s my story with Helen, got recommended to her for her technique (which is only good thing btw) got fitted with 2 rows of wefts, few days later after washing my hair I noticed extensions didn’t match my hair color, reached out to Helen many many times with no reply at all… week later she gets back to me offering to fix them, great! She told me to come in the next day at 9am, she then didn’t show up! Waited over 40min, disappointed is an understatement at this point. She didn’t answer her calls or txts annd still hasn’t responded back to this day!!! …also she doesn’t know how to cut extensions! My hairdresser had to fix the terrible job Helen did. So sad. . so my advice. Don’t bother seeing Helen. Stay away. Sad to say.
