Tempe Recreation Reserve - Tempe (NSW)

4 /5 Ryan Nikoo: Great synthetic pitch and many grass fields in the area. Also an indoor sport centre (Robyn Webster) to play different sports alongside netball courts. It has cricket nets too! Flood lights are available to enjoy sports at night! There are many barbecue facilities around the area too in addition to small playground for kids. Proximity to airport makes it nice to watch planes right after taking off and before landing if you enjoy plane spotting!

5 /5 Mary Radac: One of my favourite places for a car meet. The mid week muscle car club also organises for the Amore pizza truck to be there so all drivers enjoy eating their great pizza whilst admiring all the various cars. Neat parking area & huge parkland for various activities.

4 /5 Mohamad El-Zmeter: Has an astroturf NFL/⚽ football field Lots of netball but no basketball field. Toilets are available and close to airport if needed its very loud there

5 /5 Elizabeth Smith: My favourite park. My partner and I have been bbqing here for years. Great electric BBQs on site that ran throughout COVID and to my knowledge have never been turned off. Great cheap outing. Grab some bread and some snags and enjoy a bit of nature! Not a busy place...quiet and peaceful, but nice spot on the water....great place for a nice walk.

4 /5 Gaith Bader: A nicely laid versatile field with a combination of natural and artificial turfs. A cricket field and batting training area. A footy area, which is the artificial turf. There is plenty of parking around it and a walking trail around it too, in addition to a cycling path. Theres public toilets, but they are very basic; not very clean and smelly , but theres toilet paper, which is always a plus. A few small covered benches but otherwise not a lot of shade if its a sunny day unless you go under the trees on one side but they are setup in a way that doesnt lend them well to sit under them. Theres at least one drinking fountain I spotteded and the signs indicate you can bring your dogs here, but they need to stay on a leash. Overall, its a good and well maintained field.
