1 /5 Sinead OByrne: In a way it’s my own fault because I didn’t look at the finished product properly before I left… Absolutely awful. My brows look like they come in 4 parts and all the thickness I had built up was gone in less than 60 seconds. So incredibly unhappy with the results… and they’re much more expensive than other eyebrow threader’s in the area and sadly at the time those shops were closed. Never again.

1 /5 Fifie Royandnie Roslan: To be honest, today was a bad luck for me as i went to get my eyebrows threaded but end up with poor result. The lady did this was explaining that she had to trim like this as there were a gap on my hair brow but girl, i knew its just your fault. I know she did not do on purpose but say sorry would be fine. She was lucky because i was in good mood and just replied her with smile and let her know that was okay it will grew sooner. But i promise. I wont come back. I went there multiple times to get brow threaded but not anymore. She served me twice but this time was very bad experience. At least just be honest what have you done and i think i will not give any bad reviews here. 03/04/2025 3.15pm

1 /5 Yasmine Klink: Save your eyebrows from completely being messed up, and do not go here!!! Customer service is shocking. I did my eyebrows today with one of the ladies, and she completely butchered my eyebrows. I had to explain to her many times what I wanted, and she said, "Can I just follow your shape?" When I was still trying to explain how I wanted my eyebrows. After she said she was "done," I said, Can you please trim them more? She barely trimmed anything. The lighting was horrible in the store, so I couldnt really see all the left-over hairs she didnt pick up. Ive called the store multiple times and no one answered. The phone is ringing. In fact, when I walked in, the lady was talking on the phone, probably ignoring all calls.

5 /5 Bianca Borda: My lady on Sunday’s always does the best service. I have been a loyal customer for over 4 years and have never once left disappointed. I always feel so relaxed when I come fortnightly for my eyebrow threading, and occasionally I will also get other threading and waxing treatments. I always look forward to coming in on Sunday as I have built so much trust for my therapist and continue to recommend Roselands when I get compliments about where I go to get my beauty treatments

1 /5 jasmin khoury: The worst experience of my life. The owner will not even call me back after the lady waxed my eyebrows off. I asked for a clean and she waxed it half of it off to bare skin and blamed me. I am waiting for the owner to call me back and he didn’t. When I went back to the store she kicked me out. I will keep going until the guy owner calls me back for a resolution. U have my number. So the right thing.
