5 /5 Charli OByrne: I came into the salon feeling excited but also nervous, knowing my hair wasn’t in the best shape. From the moment I sat down, the girls were absolutely incredible. They took the time to have a really thorough consultation with me, making sure they understood exactly what I wanted and figuring out the best way to achieve it. Throughout the entire appointment, they were kind, professional, and so easy to chat with—it made me feel comfortable and completely confident in their skills. By the end, I walked out of the salon so happy—my hair completely exceeded my expectations! I couldn’t believe the transformation. Not only was the experience amazing, but the result was even better. I’ve never had so many compliments on my hair, and it’s never felt healthier. I also really appreciated the care and attention they gave to each step, especially with an emerging stylist being involved—it was clear they’re passionate about what they do. I can’t recommend these girls enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

1 /5 Caroline Cayless: Horrendous experience here. I booked with an "emerging stylist" who had 6 years experience so one would expect they would be good at what they do. I asked for a natural blonde. I left with near white hair. The hair has been "fried" and "severely over processed", words used by other professionals who Ive since had to pay for treatments with. My hair sprung back like a rubber band and cannot be brushed or have any heat applied. My hair is snapping off daily and Im absolutely devastated. I hadnt been to a salon in 18 months and they all commented on how beautiful my hair length and condition was. The owner offered to look at my hair and provide a treatment to fix it. Upon returning, the owner wasnt there. I was not given a treatment to fix thedamage or colour. They said it was a refund OR the treatment. Ive paid for 2 treatments as well as high quality shampoos to help with this at home so am already out of pocket by quite a bit.

5 /5 Renae Wye: I have been visiting this salon for the last 15 years. All the hairdressers are very good at what they do and always a pleasure to spend a couple of hours with for my colour service. I look forward to my relaxing visits, catching up with the ladies!

I havent booked online before and messed it up but at 12 noon I arrived and 2.30 walked out buffed and fluffed having had a fun and relaxing time with the staff and other customers. My hair is super and I will definitely be back. Thanks Girls Delia
