With a very warm personality, she makes you feel right at home! She is extremely accommodating and really listens to her customers request, she has a maniacally meticulous eye for perfection in her work which results in flawlessly shaped nails, not to mention her exquisite talent for graceful and contemporary nail art!!!! In the year that I have been seeing her I have always left feeling extremely happy!

I was worried at first because one eyebrow had a slight light patch but I waited and it seemed to have sorted itself out. It was super comfortable with Ursula, she is personable and I felt relaxed. She took her time doing my brows and you can tell she takes pride in her work. The colour and shape she chose for me, I love it, I get compliments.
