5 /5 Sarah McMahon: Really surprised to see the low reviews. The ladies have less English than I would like but are always pretty nice and attentive. I would be surprised to find better/different situations In any of the other salons. The actual salon is really well kept with new equipment. All the equipment comes package sealed for hygiene. Many other salons I have been to only have a few of the tools sanitised. The quality of the nail job is always really nice and lasts a long time. They were happy to fix two of my nails for $5 even though it had been 10 days. One lady spent a long time matching my colour. They offer you free coffee or tea from the cafe next door which is really nice.

1 /5 Bella Hawke: Got my nails done and asked for acrylic coffin shaped French tip. I asked for light pink colour however they didn’t even offer me any colours unlike everyone else that walked in the store. The lady that did my nails was extremely rude and when I asked for the length I liked she laughed in my face. The nails aren’t coffin shaped at all and the French tip on some of the nails is wonky. One of the nails French tip is smudged, she didn’t even fix it. I only realised after I left the store. Both of my thumbs look completely different even the French tip looks different. They also over charged me, I asked the lady how much it is for French tip and she said it was $15 and told me the full price was $80. The front of the store says $60 for acrylic nail with French tip however she told me she painted it with SNS even though when I was getting them done she told me it was acrylic and that’s what I asked for. Even with SNS it would have been $70. She told me it was $72 with the 10% they had and I said I was a uni student so can I have the 20% instead and she started to argue with me about the discount saying she was already giving me 10%. I told her yes but at the front it says 20% for students and then she let out the biggest sigh. I ended up paying $64 for nails I didn’t even ask for or like. The other girls there seemed nice though. Definitely don’t recommend and will never be going back

5 /5 Christine Ruff: Today I had a good experience - unlike some other reviewers. I was leisurely and not in a rush, so the 20 min wait for my spa pedi wasn’t an issue. The lady was gentle, and did my nails expertly. Will definitely go back!

1 /5 Lara Alajajian: Tried it for the first time 10 days ago. Worst SNS manicure I have ever gotten. All nails chipped and broken. When I went back to show them she wanted another $25 (on top of the $65 I had already paid) to fix them then made me wait 15 minutes in a corner only to tell me they were too busy! Will never, ever step foot in that awful place again!

5 /5 K L: First time here, cant say I encountered the same bad experiences as the other many reviewers. The store is quite large and comfortably spacious. There were a handful of customers when I visited, but it was quite quiet and placid. I was worked on straight away despite being a walk-in (lucky, maybe). I had a simple buff and shellac done on natural nails, and am quite pleased with the results. I had a gentleman work on my nails, who was very technically fast and precise with attention to detail. The sanitation of their equipment leaves a bit to be desired, though, but at least theres a basin with soap you can wash your hands with at the end. Would use them again for a shellac on natural nails.
